Back in 2018, whilst studying my BA Fine Art degree at Aberystwyth, I painted my first landscape from life at Bwlch Nant Yr Arian. Four years on and I am exhibiting my work at this very location, which has inspired so much creativity in the form of paintings.
Throughout my studies I regularly used this location as the subject of my paintings, many of which were created on location. A number of cold, winter days were spent here in the Cambrian mountains, painting under the shelter of my car!

I look forward to exhibiting my work in a place which played such an important role in my work, during my time as an Undergraduate Student. I will be displaying a number of works within this two month-long exhibition, consisting of acrylic and oil paintings, plus a selection of charcoal drawings. This display will also be a chance for me to publicly display the work which would have formed my BA Degree Show, back in 2020, which never took place due to the lockdown.

Exhibition Location (1st May- 30th June): Bwlch Nant yr Arian Visitor Centre, Ponterwyd, Aberystwyth, Ceredigion, SY23 3AB
